 Cycloid This application shows a rolling wheel that is rolling without slipping on a horizontal ground. We can study the velocity and/or the acceleration of a point on the periphery, inside or outside the wheel. Click the pushbutton 'Run' to start the simulation. Click the pushbuttontton 'Stop' (or 'Run' again) to stop the simulation. Click the pushbutton 'Bwd' or 'Fwd' to step the simulation 1/100 second backward or forward. Click the pushbotton 'Reset' (the small one) to reset back to time t = 0.
