SimReal: Mathematics - Basic - Fraction

A program for comparing two fractions and computing their difference.

Write two fractions (for example 3/4 and 2/3 in the simulation window.
These two fractions are automatically shown by the help of colored figures in the simulation window.
Mark the checkbox 'Compare' to easier see the difference between these two numbers.
Mark the checkbox 'Compute' to compute the difference between these two numbers.

Exercise:
Mark the checkbox 'Exercise' to generate an unlimited number of exercises.
Click the pushbutton 'New exercise' to generate a new exercise.
Two random fractions are generated and shown in the simulation window.
Try to compute the difference between these to fractions.
If you need some help, mark the checkbox 'Compare'.
Write your answer in the datafield 'Your Answer'. Mark the checkbox 'Compute' to compute the difference and compare with your answer.
If your answer is correct, a green sphere is shown behind your answer (else a red sphere is shown). If you have not shorten your fraction as much as possible, a grey sphere is shown.
